Stunning foccacia ! Did you saute and soften the peppers first or was blistering at the high temp of the bake sufficient?

And, sign me up for a bumper sticker. I do think the My Honor Student one would go over very very well!!

I didn't soften the peppers. For some reason yellow peppers as opposed to red or green taste better partially raw.
